MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS OF SECURITY GUARDS

  1. Filipino Citizen
  2. At least a High School Graduate
  3. Mentally and Physically fit
  4. 21 to 45 years old and at least 5’6”” in height for males; and 5’3” for females.
  5. Holder of a valid license and properly screened and cleared by the PNP-SOSIA, NBI, and other government offices issuing clearness for employment

    (original of said license shall be represented to AlphaGuard prior to assignment)

  6. Holder of a Neuro-Psychiatric and Drug Test clearance issued by a clinic duly accredited by the PNP.
  7. Have undergone the required training and instructions as well as the physical fitness program conducted by the SECURITY AGENCY.
  8. In possession of such other qualifications required by Republic Act No. 5487 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.

DOCUMENTARY REQUIREMENTS FOR SUBMISSION SECURITY GUARD APPLICANTS

(Present Originals with Photocopies)

  1. Valid Clearance form:
    • The Barangay
    • Local Police Station
    • National Bureau of Investigation
    • DI Clearance, PNP, HQ
    • Municipal and Regional Trial Courts
  2. Valid Security Guard License
  3. Neuro-Psychiatric & Drug Examination Results from a recognized clinic
  4. Training Certificate from an accredited training center
  5. High School Diploma or its equivalent
  6. Birth Certificate
  7. Social Security System membership
  8. PhilHealth membership
  9. Pag-IBIG (HDMF) membership
